Delayed baggage
If you arrive at your destination and you don't find your checked baggage, rest assured that we will do everything we can to return your baggage to you. Delayed baggage is usually found within 24 hours and to know more, please contact the Berniq Airways service center.
Lost luggage
If it becomes clear to you after getting off the plane that you forgot some of your personal belongings on the plane or at the departure gate of the Berniq Airlines flight or in the lounge at the airport, we kindly ask you to contact the Berniq Airlines office at the airport immediately to help you search for your lost items.
Although Berniq Airways is not responsible for the loss of personal items, we will do everything we can to help you
